The Mulberry Development is part of the spectacular Soho development along Northbourne Avenue, within the heart of Canberra. Mulberry itself features six residential towers above a two storey basement carpark. The footprint of the Mulberry development allows for several large outdoor common areas creating a social and inviting atmosphere to the development. The development was architecturally designed by award winning architects Cox Architecture, with the apartments interiors designed by renowned interior designer Darren Palmer.
Due to the sheer size of the development Lit Consulting were required to undertake intricate fire safety engineering on a number of egress issues and fire safety systems within the building.
Lit Consulting worked closely with the design team and builder during the design process and throughout construction to ensure a smooth delivery and timely practical completion.
