The Queanbeyan Civic and Cultural Precinct (QCCP) contains a number of arts, cultural and civic buildings including the heritage Bicentennial Hall, The Q Theatre, local library and council chambers.
The project is the development of a new office tower which will house council administration, community spaces and a public library. A new link will be constructed to serve as foyer space to both the Bicentennial Hall and The Q with an interconnection to the new office building. The buildings will be linked be a redeveloped public domain.
Lit Consulting are engaged to provide fire safety engineering services for the project including developing fire safety strategies to integrate with the existing buildings during both construction and in the final form.
